About me

Born & raised in Chengdu, China, home of precious pandas and spicy food.
Educated in Singapore and earned degree in Accounting and Finance from University of London.
Spent over a decade in the corporate world, feeling unfulfilled. Quit my career as a Financial Controller in 2022 with tremendous fear and uncertainty.
Went back to school to pursue my passion in Holistic Nutrition, graduated from Nutrition Therapy Institute of Colorado in April 2024, and awarded with Nutrition Therapy Master (NTM).
A certified practitioner with Restorative Wellness Solutions (RWP), specializing in gastrointestinal health.

Since I was a teenager, I was often on an extreme diet-cabbage soup, apples, grapefruits, celery juice, master cleanse-because I saw myself as chubby & unattractive. This messed with my body and left me with weak immunity, stubborn fat, mood swings and irregular periods.
Within 6 months of relocating to California, US in 2010, I lost 1/3 of my hair and grew painful boils on my body. My doctor brushed it off as part of aging with no real solutions, which didn’t make sense to me.
In 2022, just after leaving my career, my mom was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer. Watching her suffer was heartbreaking, and I wished I could have helped before she got sick. This experience became the catalyst for my true calling.
Now, health is my top priority, and I’m passionate about helping others achieve optimal health and live the vibrant lives they deserve.

Forced to play piano as a kid, now I play classical for fun.
My guilty pleasures? Organic coffee and dark chocolate.
DNA test says my biological age is 10 years younger than my chronological age.
Secrets to looking young? Frequent infrared sauna, Red Light Therapy, vibration platform, cycle-based intermittent fasting, adaptive-response weight training, positive attitude... and being Asian. 😆
